Shipping:
- We ship within the continental US and Canada estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Made-to-measure items may be eligible for return only in case of manufacturing defects.
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for alteration requests.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
- Because our items are custom-made, we cannot provide exchanges.
Refunds:
- Upon inspection, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
How Alterations Work
Place your order
Choose the alteration that you need and place your order.
Prepare your clothes
Mark your garment where you want us to perform the alterations. Alternatively, you can send us the desired measurements or a sample garment that fits you well.
Mail your Garments to Us
You will receive a pre-praid shipping label by email that you can use to send us your garment(s).
Delivered to Your Doorstep
Once we receive the garments, we will start working on your alterations immediately and mail them back to you within 5 days.
